MY09 Parilla Leopard short block is for those that are looking for a back up engine only.  The short block does not include the accessories box, carburetor, or exhaust header.  The new MY09 also has changes for longer life for the TaG racers.  New updates include larger lower rod bearing, larger intake and reed cage, new designed clutch and drum.
